"REAL LIFE, REAL MUSIC" narrated by Obie One B.A.
“Real Life, Real Music” is a short, independent behind-the-scenes documentary film by Kendal Tomasin Productions about Obie One B.A.'s journey. When asked about the film, here’s what Obie had to say:
“Life is about improvement, elevation, and divine destiny. Normally your transportation will take you to your destination, but your destination will not take you to your destiny. No matter how long it may take for you to get there, do not get stuck at the pit stop. I’m at the Marta Stop waiting for my bus to come, but preparing for my ultimate destination.”

Atlanta, Georgia - After seeing how Bahamians in Grand Bahama are still in desperate need months after Hurricane Dorian, Atlanta-based gospel recording artist Obie One B.A. went to the island to personally distribute items to those trying to rebuild their lives.
The artist, whose real name is Obafemi Hawk, also helped in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. Through his businesses in the Atlanta area, family, friends and strangers, he was able to gather supplies in short order. With his mother and friends, he made a trip to Grand Bahama to ensure the items got into the hands of those who needed it most. See footage from the Bahamas Relief.
In Kenya we travelled to the cities of Nairobi, Kisumu, Lodwar, and Masai Mara. In the pictures you will see that we visited the Slums (picture Slum Dog Millionaire) where Mama Mercy lives and takes care of almost 400 Orphan children. You will see us visiting Obaga/Kisumu where we visited the Widows and how they are producing clean water for the community. You will see that we visited Serv’s House of Hope where the orphans are in a private like school/dorm where they are spon...sored by American citizens. You will see where we visited 5 different villages where we packed food and delivered it to them in the desert where they live remotely. Lastly you will see that we went on an amazing Safari where they animals were really in arms reach. Every place we experienced was eye opening, heartbreaking, overbearing, exciting, beautiful, and marvelous!!!
